I have never done computer work. Can I join Foundation?
Yes, that is who it is for. Foundation opens with basic computer use, installing tools and using a chatbot, so nobody starts behind.
What language are the classes in?
Classes are taught in Bangla. Tool names and technical terms stay in English, and you will learn to write prompts in Bangla and by voice too.
Do I need to buy any software?
Not for Foundation: it runs on free tools only. Builder and Pro need a paid AI agent (Claude or Codex, about $20 a month, not included in the fee). We tell you this up front so there are no surprises.
When are the classes?
Main classes run 9:00 – 10:30 PM Bangladesh time, with a weekend Q&A and practice session on Friday or Saturday. We confirm the slot with a poll in each new cohort.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded. Foundation recordings are kept forever, Builder recordings for 30 days and Pro recordings for 7 days after each class.
How do I get help between classes?
Ask in the community help channel on Discord. We publish a reply time (within 6 hours) instead of promising 24/7 support we could not keep.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes: a Certificate of Completion issued by Handhold Academy, once you complete 80% of the homework and pass the final project. Anyone can check a certificate ID on our verification page. It is not a government-accredited qualification.
Will this get me a job?
We never promise a job or income. You will leave with real skills and a project to show. Top performers in Pro are offered an internship opportunity at Mollahs IT.
Which tier should I start with?
Start with Foundation unless you already work with AI agents. Builder and Pro need Foundation or a passed placement test, because the basics are taught only in Foundation.
