TTerms

Draft v1. This text is being finalised with a local lawyer before we take enrollments at scale.

What we provide

Live classes on Discord, recordings for the period listed on your course, homework feedback, and access to the community help channel. Dates and times are in Bangladesh time and may change with notice.

No guarantees of jobs or income

We teach skills. We do not promise a job, a client or any income. Top performers in Pro may be offered an internship opportunity at Mollahs IT, at our discretion.

Certificates

On completing 80% of the homework and passing the final project, you receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Handhold Academy. It is not a government-accredited or degree-level qualification.

Payment and access

• Fees are in Bangladeshi taka and paid by bKash. Your seat is confirmed after we verify the payment.
• Your seat is personal. Do not share your Discord access or recordings.
• Recording access ends after the period listed for your course.

Tools and costs

Foundation uses free tools. Builder and Pro need a paid AI agent that you buy yourself. Tool features and prices are set by their makers and can change.

Conduct

Be respectful in classes and in Discord. We may remove anyone who harasses others or shares paid content, and no refund applies in that case.

Support

We reply in the help channel within 6 hours. We do not offer 24/7 support.

Refunds

See the refund policy for the full rules.
