RRefund policy

Draft v1. This text is being finalised with a local lawyer before we take enrollments at scale.

Before your first class

Ask for a refund any time before your cohort’s first class and we return the full course fee.

After your first class

• Within 3 days of the first class you attended, you can ask for a refund of the course fee.
• After that, fees are not refundable, because seats are limited and classes are live.

If we cancel

If we cancel a cohort or cannot offer you a seat, you get a full refund, or a seat in the next cohort if you prefer.

Upgrades

If you upgrade to a higher tier, you pay only the difference. The same rules apply to the new tier.

Tools you buy yourself

Builder and Pro need a paid AI agent (about $20 a month). That subscription is bought from the tool’s own company and is not part of our fee or our refunds. We tell you this before you enrol.

How to ask

Message us in the Discord help channel or reply to your enrollment email with the name and bKash number you paid from. Approved refunds go back to the same bKash number.
